My concern about a very small diamond missing from the pendant that was designed and made there was verified. Of course, I did not want to hear that it was really gone, especially since I had only worn it one time, but Tracy assured me that it would be fixed at no charge to me –so that demonstrated the ongoing great customer relations and service that I like about this jewelry store. I told Tracy that I had purchased gifts for 5 people that my husband needed for end of the school year and birthdays etc—each person loved the particular gift. They were all very good quality, and vastly different from run of the mill shops.
